Comfortable and Modern Room

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and modern room design. The interior felt like a home away from home, with a spacious desk and a huge sofa that was perfect for relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the attention to detail in the room was impressive.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the room card not working initially and the shower handle being broken, the issues were quickly addressed by the attentive staff.

Hotel's staffs were very friendly from reception,concierge and security. Love to stay in here. And also the room (executive club south wings) was very comfy and luxury. My children were enjoyed so much there. Will definatley come again.

All stafs were very welcome and nice. Many option menus for breakfast. Near Factory Outlet for shopping. My Wife and children like cake from pantry very much.

Poor swimming pool and Fitness facility, they are small and looked dirty. Price was quite high for such facility provide by Hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bandung and had a truly enjoyable experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and amenities. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. They made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of during my stay. Additionally, I was impressed by the basic amenities provided in the room, including a comfortable mattress and pillow, and a bathtub for relaxation. Furthermore, having breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus, allowing me to start my day with a delicious meal.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

central location

the rooms were not sound proof noise from adjoining rooms were a little desturbing

The hotel location is in the middle of town, near shopping and dining. The food in the hotel was good and had both Indonesian and western dishes available.

Our room was advertised as being non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of smoke. Also, the hotel lobby was under renovation. If we had known this we probably would not have made the reservation here, since this created a lot of noise and issues with auto traffic.

Great value for the price and fantastic location in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help. The spa was a wonderful feature and the food was tasty, especially the vegetarian options. the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

The rooms were small and cramped, and the view outside the window wasn't very pleasant. The bathroom was tiny and there wasn't much space to move around.

1/ Smokers are puffing away and we can smell the smokes, so the suggestion is to separate the smookers in a different room

We have several times stayed at this hotel. The hotel have been renovated, all veryclean. The hotel is very close to the shopping centers.

The first time I booked this hotel via Booked.net where the currency in us$, it is suggested to the Holiday Inn Bandung using mid exchange from us$ to Rupiah.

Location : close to most of major spot areas in town

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful.

My room was 322 and i stayed for 4 nights. Aircond only blows air instead of cold air and even made a complain still the matter unresolved. But overall still it is okay. Will give 8.5 over 10.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, and it made it easy for me to move around and explore this city. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

Nothing not to love.
